Re: C30 cab on c10?
It will bolt right on... remember that 60-62, and 63-66 use different front mounts, and require some fab work to interchange.

Re: C30 cab on c10?
The rear cab mounts on the C20 & C30 cabs are different than the C10 rear cab mounts, but that is easily addressed.

Re: C30 cab on c10?
I really don't think the rear cab mounts will have to be changed. I've got a c-30 parts truck myself and have noticed the different cab mounts as well. As far as I can tell, the way the 2 mounts attach to the cab and frame are identical. the only difference is the c-30 cab mounts have rubber sandwiched between the part that mounts to the frame and the part that mounts to the cab. I'm sure this was in an effort to keep the c-30 trucks from beating the driver and passengers to death due to the massive spring packs in the back of the ton trucks.

Re: C30 cab on c10?
you just need to reuse your c/10 rubber bushing for the rear mount.

Re: C30 cab on c10?
Reusing rear cab mount rubbers is usually not possible, since they have been flatten over the past 40+ years, so I think you should install new ones, while the process is easy and it helps to maintain the correct height of the body lines of the cab with the bed.
