87 Sierra Classic Quartz clock

The Quartz clock in my '87 stopped working after the battery had been disconnected for a prolonged period. It worked great for 20 years! I haven't taken the dash apart yet to see if I can 'kick start' it. Is it a lost cause? Should I be looking for a replacement?
I thought LMC truck sold them, but they everything but the clock according to my latest catalog.

Thanks!
