drop and engine in it and drive it. If I was looking I would snag it, but then again I don't live in the area.

Re: There almost giving them away on Craigslist

Nick where are you hiding them in Oregon? I just traveled the length of the state up to Portland and I did not see but about 2 places along the Interstate that guys had yards full of old trucks. Your weather last week was great too I might add!

Cort, I blew it buddy, should have called you to get together. We may be coming back up. Joe took a Portland Fire Department test, if he passes we have to come back up for the interview and physical agility. It would be in April sometime.

I was in yreka, ca and various places near northern cali and medford last summer, and was amazed at how many 60-66's we saw in great condition. I only see one occasionally here in texas.

Re: There almost giving them away on Craigslist

Nick, we stayed in Medford last week. Hampton Inn on the East side of the 5.
Walked over to Applebees for dinner and all I saw was a old Jeepster parked by Starbucks.

That little neighborhood around there with the older homes looked OK though. Saw a couple of teenage rebels without a clue but they looked harmless.

Oregon is cool, but I looked at some houses in Portland and the property taxes were ridiculous!

Re: There almost giving them away on Craigslist

Will do, I had the whole crew actually. All 4 of us. Saw the Japanese Gardens, the Submarine, Multonmah Falls and went across the river to the Pearson Field Air Museum. Then had to book it home. Joe was very glad he got out before that mishap in San Diego went down.

No doubt. With all the electronics/nav equipment and safety check sheets these days, that should never happen..

That's less than a day drive from me. Think it's too late to get in line for that? I'd hate to think someone beat me to that awesome price - I do have a polished turd I would be willing to trade that's got to be worth most of what he's asking.
