Avater Pictures
If you have been wanting to place a avater on your post but they are to big. I found that when you up load to Webshots and use the thumnail size picture it is just the right size. You don't have to do anything to it just modify your user cp.All the pictures I have up loaded so far have been 100 by 75, and that is just right size.
You can change it everyday if you want.

Some of the Graphics programs available such as Graphics Workshop will allow you to resize images on your own computer.
You can resize by given pixels or by percentage. I've used this one for years.

Webshots

Yes it's a web site that hosts pictures. If you open a free account with them you can up load pictures, and then send them here. The thumnails are the right size for avaters. Blue Beard Yes I know this, I just thought I would let people know incase they didn't want to mess with it. If you already have the picture on Webshots then all you have to do is copy the picture properties to send it to your avater.
