About how much lift can i expect out of stock 52" springs with the fgb52 kit?

Depends on the springs used, but generally around 4-5".

Also most pull the overload spring and to gain a little more height you can add a zero rate.
There are other companies out there that make the kit and diffrent ways of doing it but kurt builds some great stuff
