the passenger front brake is the only one that works. i have pulled all the drums off and checked them and all the wheel cylinders are good and the shoes are good. where would be the next best place to start looking to fix my problem? oh yeah nothing is leaking and the master cylinder has fluid in it

You might need to pull the wheel cylinders apart and see what they look like inside. Just because they aren't leaking, doesn't mean they're any good. If the truck has been sitting for a long time, corrosion can built up in the system and cause the pistons to freeze up in the bores. Same is true for the master cylinder. It could be simply a pinched hard line somewhere, but more likely the system needs to be rebuilt and all the lines flushed with new fluid. If you do rebuild everything, be sure to replace all three flex hoses as they can deteriorate and put crud in the system, and they can swell when you apply the brakes reducing pedal pressure (and become a possible safety issue).

Change your rubber hoses.

i cant push the pedal down more than about half way so im thinking one of the rubber lines are messed up or something

Did you try adjusting them? Drum brakes need to be adjusted sometimes.

My hoses were clogged shut and my pedal only went half way down. replaced the rubber hoses and tested and blew out all my cylinders

So be sure to have some spares ready just in case.

Note: do not use autozone 'Brakeware' brand cylinders, have a high failure rate. Get them from Kragen/O'Reilly.
