Does anyone have any information on this sales program from 1963? I have a mention of it in a film slide presentation.

There was a large sticker on the doors of the truck . They show a map of the Baja peninsula along with "Check the Champ". 1963 Demonstrator. I've seen the advertisements you write about. Seems this campaign was at the dealerships nationwide. Maybe part of the Chevrolet Communication Kits that were distributed every month promoting sales.

No, does not Check the Champ on the front. Just shows a ariel view of the convoy on a narrow dirt road. Glad to see others appreciate Chevy truck history like myself. Here is a shot of a '66 demonstrator.
