Hey This Place Rocks!!!!

Hey I just found this message board last night and I love it!! There is a bunch of awesome information and I am looking forward to contributing and hearing from all of you experts out there. I am 18 yrs old and I have a 1980 chevrolet scottsdale 2wd truck that I am currently working on. I am currently prepping the body for paint. If you want to check out my truck click below and follow the links to TRUCKS and then JAMIL. Let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions!!

Last night - - and your up to 10 posts already. WOW, you must really like it here.

In all seriousness though, I agree, this place is great. Lots of great advice from lots of great folks here.

BTW, that truck looks good. Well on it's way. Nice to see another LWB truck on the forum (I assume from the camera angle it's a LWB).

Anyway, welcome aboard.

Hey is that my truck long bed cousin?

Hope you can cover up some of that cancer. :p Looks cool like that though. I remember when mine had several colors. Most people would stay way from me on the roads. Kinda say get the F#@#$% out my way. No one wanted to race either. Now every pony, fbody or souped up truck wants to race.
Hang around we like to see FNGs

Another one from Arizona, damn when coming through with force now. Texas better watch out!

Where in Arizona are you from. Im in west Phoenix (75th ave & Thomas), a few of the guys live in Mesa and far east over there. That truck looks familiar to me, I just dont remember seeing an american flag on the back window.

Hey I didn't buy the truck of Ebay or anything, it used to be my uncle's work truck and it has been in the family for years as a furniture store hauler. Also, I live in the western part of the phoenix area, in glendale around 59th and cactus. I'll try and put up some updated pics later on today of my progress. I have almost 2/3 of the truck primered now and the body work continues.....

Jamil,
we might be having a meet in a few meeks/months (meeks are equal to weeks, for those of you who didnt know, I get so tired of having to explain these simple things )

Anyway if you want to go, keep an eye on the board, once everyone is good to go, well do it. I think we are waiting for 1974ChevyC10 to move back to Mesa.

59th ave and Cactus aint to far from my place, we can meet up one of these days.
