electrical problem
hmmm, starter gets hot, wont start, must have a short, but it will pull start just fine, behind another truck. anyway, hopefully ill figure it out sooner or later. any advice?

Is it a heat sink condition or is the starter actually getting hot when you try to use it?
I was having a heat sink problem and put in a remote selenoid and that fixed my problem.

I just replaced the postive cable.....
Was shorting out on the engine block....almost completely in half.
