Looks kinda like the Victory red that my 97 Silverado was painted from factory.

Re: Need a little color help?

The factory red for that truck probably would have been code 72 (?) apple red but that looks a little more orangeish. Maybe something like a color used in 93 or so on Mustangs called Performance red. It had some orangeish tones . Looks too light for Victory red also comparing it to that newer ttruck in the background.

Re: Need a little color help?

some paint shops can grab the color off of a photo. print it out on photo paper and see if any of the shops can match it. be prepared for one high price though. red/orange cost the most. my dads girlfriend worked for one of our best places here, they had done some bikes for the biker build off on t.v. and i know they could match paint on photos if the picture was takin outside.

Re: Need a little color help?

GM Torch Red from '93 or so was very bright and kind of orange like that. I'm not a fan of bright red, but I liked that color on my old Z-34 Lumina.
