Cab dimensions and step side question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Does any one have a pic of the cab dimensions and measurements of a 64-66 cab? I thought I had seen a scan of a page out of a book that had all the measurements but can't seem to find it.

Also, on stepside trucks, how does the bed sit relative to the cab? Does the bottom of the step level with the botom of the rocker?
