63 spindles onto 62 ?
I have a pair of 63 drop spindles and was wondering if they will fit right into the 62 front end ok

Pretty sure they WON'T WORK, 63s have a different setup (COILS) than '60-62 (TORSION BAR). I just put spindles on my '62 this last week. Check out this link @ Classic Truck Parts: http://www.classicparts.com/Chassis/products/224/1/0

Did you check out the link? they list different numbers for 60-62 & 63, must be something different. I know the lower ball joints are completely different than the '63-66.

yea i did and i see the two different part numbers thats why i thought to ask the question and i also found a thread on here that said that if you wanted to go from the roller wheel bearings on your 62 to needle wheel bearings that are a lot cheaper you could use 63 up spindles?? May be easier to swap in the 63 front suspension then ??
