I suggest finding someone parting a Longhorn or other wood floor truck. Buy the strips and cut them to length. I'm sure the people that sell wood bed kits also sell the strips separately.

I have a set of long bed polished SS that is brand new. Only problem is the short pieces are missing. All the long pieces are there. $50 plus shipping
