New in Idaho
[IMG][/IMG]
So, wanted to introduce myself. I just joined the world of classic chevy trucks. I picked up a 1970 longbed. It is a big project but I am looking forward to the challenge. I've spent the last 4yrs restoring old VW bugs, this will be a nice change. I am sure I will be asking for help [IMG] Last edited by special-K; 05-03-2010 at 01:25 PM. Re: New in Idaho
Welcome from a newcomer myself. That is a very nice body style. Friend of mine had a 1970 stepside project back in highschool. I'll be sure to lend any help I can, if I can.

Re: New in Idaho
Welcome to the sight from a guy who has a sister in Idaho Falls .I editted your post for ya to move things around a bit.If you hit "enter" between the text and pics it keeps them on seperate lines.I remember when N2TRUX did it for me when I first joined. There is nothing you can`t do on these trucks yourself and if you get stumped there`s an answer here for any question you might have.
You`ll find many current and/or former VW nuts here as well. They come out of the woodwork when someone posts anything about them.I happen to be one who started on VWs and moved on to GM Trucks. They have a lot in common...built for the common people, easy to work on,pgreat parts support, affordable, and built to last.
