The easyiest way is to cut through the windshield gasket on the inside. Then the glass can be lifted out. Get a friend to help though.

How deep should you cut, what do you use. I have seen glass guys use a piece of wire with two handles on it to cut the gasket, is this the way to go???

Use a carpet knife. I like the blades with the hook cutting edge, but any razor sharp cutting edge will work. From the inside of the cab, peel the rubber away from the cab. You will see how the rubber wraps around the steel. All you need to do is slice it at the top and down the 2 sides and the window will come out.

I managed to remove this trim in a junkyard this past summer. I needed the trim but the windshield was still in so... I just took my time and managed to get it out without any damage. Of course, I wouldn't recommend doing this normally but in this case, I knew the junkyard owner wasn't going to pull a windshield to sell me a few chrome pieces.
