e=v8 1=1/2ton 4stepside 2=1972 s=built in st louis mo the rest is the production # it rolled off assm. line ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- cant find anything on motor ecept the crx the chevy red book shows crx as 454 elcamino 1972
