Is the rubber part on the flap available?

Not sure but you could use single sided foam tape. Try chevys of the 40's. They have a lot of that kind of thing.

I thought I would have to fabricate one. There is a deluxe heater gasket set at "ECKLERS". It's hard to tell which gaskets are in the kit from the pictures.

Turns out the kit was for the car heater. I keep looking for now.
