1972 Chevy Custom/20

Hi Everybody, I have a 72' Chevy Custom/20. I recently bought the truck from a friend. The problem that Im running into is wheels. The truck has a good looking set of steel rims now but I would like to have some good looking chrome rims. (would love a bullet hole look). The rims are 8 lug and thats the problem. Im new to this game and Im not fimiliar with different lug patterns. I see chevy 8 lug truck rims on the Internet but im not sure if the lug pattern is the same. Could anybody give me any advice?

Thanks, Chad
