New Engine Dyno Results
YAY!!!!!!
I got my new engine dynoed finally. 437HP and 511 Ft lbs hp a little lower than i thought but im not complaining over the 270 that i had. In case you all didnt know i went with a vortec 383, using the aluminum gmpp vortec heads, the gmpp vortec TBI intake, edel cam, scat crank 400 rods new pistons and rings everything worked out real nice.

I too am wondering what kind of TBI supports that much flow and power.
Its a fastburn 383, not a vortec The 437hp is awsome, but that torque is unbelievable! Nice combo. by the way, what exactly does it consist of?

I'm also curious. It looks like you listed an edlebrock cam...which cam & what are the specs?
Definitely sounds nice. Even if it's not from the rear wheels, it's still pretty stout because w/20% drivetrain loss, it would still be approx 350hp/400+ft/lbs torque to the ground.

Yeah well those numbers are just the engine, is the stock throttle body with the 454 injectors from a 1990 chevy suburban, also the cam is an edelbrock edl-3702, and pictures are being developed as we speak, sorry dont have a digital camera
