What year do these fit? Is it just dust in the pics, or pitting. I am assuming they are good and it is just dust?

GM Part #3990705 is LH 71/2 chevy and #399706 should be the matching RH part.

I just went out and checked. I took more pic's but the battery went dead so I cant post those until tomorrow (have to go to work now, late). I looked close and polished a portion just to see. There does seem to be a sparkle to the bezel don't know if that's norm or maybe starting to pit. I'll post those pic's for ya when I return.
