Drop shackles
Just wondering if anone has had any luck with the drop shackles and how hard they are to install ? Being from canada I know that the bolts are going to be rusted in pretty good, does anyone have suggestions on how to take them out without destroying anything?

Re: Drop shackles
pre soak the bolts you are going to take off w/ some penetrating oil or wd40. id hit them up a few times a couple days before you are going to take them off

Re: Drop shackles
If your bolts are as bad as mine were, don't even bother with the penetrating oil. My bolts were frozen to the steel sleeves in the bushings, so I had to cut off the bolt head on one side and the nut on the other with a cutoff wheel to get the stock shackles out. That's the only hard part though, smooth sailing after that!
