16" dually tire size

I'll be orderding 6/8" drop for my dually this week and was wondering what size tires to go with. I see a lot of guys with 225-75-16 and also 225-60-16 on trucks that are bagged (mine will be bagged hopefully soon), I wont be using this truck for hauling a trailer (have others for that) so I dont think an e-rated tire is necessary. Does anyone have pictures AND drop/tire specs of their dually? I looked through the crew cab thread but most of the pictures dont have any details, thanks

Does your truck have inner fender wells? If so you will need to remove them unless you want to run a really small tire smaller than a 225.

It has inners now but they will probably get removed if/when I decide to bag it. I know jcampbell has 225's and still has inners.

Did you get your truck lowered again? I thought I saw you were going a little lower

Re: 16" dually tire size

i thought j's rig had no inner fenders? And i have dropped my truck another inch in the front and the back is getting 2 inches lower, so it will be a 4/6 drop. I have had no problems with my 235s and a 4 inch drop in the front.

hmm i dont know
