'68 chevy 3"-4" drop question???

i have a 68 chevy short-step that has been switched to 5-lug. i plan on using 4" CCP rear springs and i'll probably cut a coil off of the factory front springs.

my question is will i need an adjustable track bar with a 4" drop and will i need a shock re-locater kit on the front or rear or should i be ok with the factory trac-bar and shock mounts?

I'd change the track bar...maybe upgrade the upper front shock mount from single to double shear (like the lower mount is).

Re: '68 chevy 3"-4" drop question???

i've got 4" springs & 2" blocks w/ OE panhard bar, which works fine.
side 2 side measures fine. might change to adjustable after I get some swaybars.
i did reposition the rear shock though.
my OE front coils are cut 1 coil & i've firestone airbags in them, along w/ 2" drop spindles.
this has been a driver.

Re: '68 chevy 3"-4" drop question???

interesting...with 6" drop is your OE panhard bar now running up (from frame to axle) instead of down?
