tie rods maxed out need help

just got done rebuilding the front end on my dually and my tie rod on the passenger side is maxed out. the driver side is close but it will be fine looking down on the front it looks like this / / except not as bad. is this normal there is no more adjustment on the passenger side and the driver needs to come out so it isnt a problem. steering wheel is straight. i cant cut down the passenger side because either way there is no thread left. i hope that makes sense if it doesnt ill try to rephrase

Do you have any pics of what you are talking about?
Are the upper ball joints in a bind also?

Sounds like you got you ends mixed up. shorts on one side and longs on the other. Shorts should be outer and longs inner.

did you drop your pitman arm?? if so are you sure you put it on correct. If you moved the steering gear box with the steering wheel you can have misaligned it.
