350 intake manifold fit on 305?

I have a guy that wants to buy a 350 manifold from me for his 305. Wiill it fit?

Older model carb manifolds 350/305 engines will interchange. Newer F/I engines are somewhat different (I think) I remember hearing something about a different bolt pattern or 2 extra bolt holes somewhere.

Maybe, depending on the year. The heads/intake changed in 87. If both engines are before or after the break you will be good to go.

If both are pre 1986 it will work and if both are post 1986 it will work but the two don't mix well.
The later intakes have at least some of the bolts going straight up while the early intakes have the bolts going in at a 90degree angle to the intake surface of the heads.
