I noticed that too, Chris is the only one with a '1' that I've seen, everyone else has '0'. Chris, how did you get it?

Yep thats what it is. When you refer someone here and they type your name in the box, you get credit for refering someone to this site. I guess its just to show who gets out there and gets people to join.
Are you saying there should be an anonymous user rating? You can rate people based on their advise, without them knowing who said bad or who said good? That would be interesting, but I think that in certain situations alot of guys would get a raw deal. It would make them look bad, just because someone disagreed, for whatever reason. It would still be interesting though

Mike brought me over to Chevy Talk from another forum, then when he and others left there I just followed over here Im glad I did too, this forum is way better.
