No rust in lower body, one spot on roof where they attached Big ambulance sign and on back upper area where the high rise ambulance part is attached. It would be only the rolling chassis and body. Bascially real nice body except for roof. 3 doors would be extra and barn doors would be too? Prices of good ones of those would help too. Also has a nice front clip and grill.
