Saddle tank option?
So my '66 has a smallish 2nd tank mounted on the drivers side with the fill in the wheel well. Anyone else have one and know what the size is?
When I bought the truck, it was switched to the side tank and the gauge showed near empty. There doesn't seem to be a gauge for the 2nd tank, so I haven't used it since I got it home. If it's big enough, I want to keep it as my primary so I can toss the cab tank.

Re: Saddle tank option?
Give the dimensions and it is easy to calculate the size.

Re: Saddle tank option?
Some of these older trucks had aftermarket saddle tanks installed by po's. If it has square cornere and looks like it was welded together, then that's what you have. I've not seen many of those with sending units in them.
