disc brake swap info...

Anyone have any idea about swapping in a later model cradle ( I.E. 69-72 ) with disc brakes onto a 60-61 frame? Can this be done relatively easily or would someone be better off just buying one of the aftermarket disc brake kits?

Crews on my 66 I just bought the upper and lower control arms from a 72 and bolted them on. it was much easier to bolt up the control arms than replacing the whole cross member. every thig fit with out any problems.
