short box conversion 4 link and air bags
hi im new to the whole forum thing just wondering if anybody knows of a good link or anything for how to on short bed conversion 4 link/4bar set up and air bags with out notching the frame just got a 72 gmc long bed and was planning on doing that for a project at the moment thanks to ever can help

thanks alot appreciate it alot just picked up a 72 gmc long bed last week lookin at youtube for bagged c-10 found a perfect one and hear to come find its actually yours so really appreciate it cause i want to see how low they would be with out notching the frame like i said early really appreciate it and awsome truck really nice work

Awesome!! The notch is nothing to be afraid of. Get a bolt in notch and a cutoff saw. Measure twice, cut once. Check my build thread and you will be able to see how easy it is. Just don't cut any wires or lines in the frame. A caveman could do it. Here is a pic of the rear before the c-notch and after.

I agree, you should consider a c-notch, if you go to the trouble of a 4 link you need a notch to take advantage of the amount of drop you can get.
