Re: Fender and grill alignment
can you take a more straight on picture, and are all the pieces original or aftermarket?

Re: Fender and grill alignment
Can you open up the holes some on the grill where it mounts to the fender and twist it up then tighten it down. It looks like it should line up. You could leave that side unbolted tighten the other 3 corners and see if you can twist it to line it up.

Re: Fender and grill alignment
i agree with ram-man, can you hollow out the holes a little bit so you can give it a little twist? do all your other pannels line up properly?

Re: Fender and grill alignment
Yep will do and I just remembered that the drivers fender is not original. I had to replace it.

Re: Fender and grill alignment
Ive wrecked my truck twice now and so Ive changed the front ends twice aslo. meaning front fenders, inner fenders, hood, bumper, radiator support and grill. And both times I replaced them with after market fenders but the grills were original and I had this happen both times on one side. I had to adjust my fenders several times tighting them and untighting them. It was really a pain. Eventually I got the grill to line up. but ram-man's Idea should work.

Re: Fender and grill alignment
Try and elongate the holes in the bracket on the grille (to pull it up) yes after market fenders are that much off! should be very easy to bring everything into line . give it a try! I know you can do it! cheers, Pat

Re: Fender and grill alignment
yep same problem with mine on the pass side. After market fenders for you. I was thinking about elongating the holes on the grill also but noticed that the grill is actually hittting the to of the fender . Really weird setup but maybe I will fix it when I get a new grill.Good luck and let us know how it turned out
