Re: anyone using these SUMMIT coated headers?
we got the plane ones not coated, not impressed with them. They did not fit as good as they should, esp since they had a flowtech part no. on the box. The no. 3 plug hit right on the header tube and we had to bend it in some, the plug boot lays right on it, and the headers collector points downward, enough to where they had to bend the pipe up a tad to make it work at the exhaust shop.
We ran dynomax on one and they looked alot alike but they did not point downward nor did they hit a plug or wire/boot. Same for the flowtechs on my monte carlo they fit great. I have no clue what it was with them maybe it was only our set or maybe it was just a bad batch or something?

I've got a set. I have yet to get them to seal properly to the head. Not impressed.

Re: anyone using these SUMMIT coated headers?
I never had that problem. Nor have I ever had that problem with the cheap headers, dynomax or flowtech or the summit painted ones.

Re: anyone using these SUMMIT coated headers?
Those look a whole lot like the ebay stainless headers.

Re: anyone using these SUMMIT coated headers?
they do, because the flowtechs I had look just like the summit ones and the summit ones actually had a flowtech part number on the box and then the dynomax looked the same too.
