BILLET SHIFTER PARTS QUESTION (Fitment Issue)

I have a guy that is selling off some new parts that his Dad had for his Chevy Truck.
One of these parts is a Billet "Shifter Set" consisting of :
The Shifter
Turn Signal Lever
4 Way Flasher Lever
Tilt Column Lever.
He wants $40.00 + shipping for everything.
Never been used.
I'm trying to get some Make/Model Numbers/Manufacturer.
My application is a 72 GMC (Non-Tilt) coulomb.
I THINK there is a difference between the Tilt & Non Tilt, but not sure if that has to do with the Fitment of the 3 parts I'm interested in, (which is everything minus the Tilt Lever).
Would any of the more knowledgeable people know of this?
If it will fit, is $40.00 + shipping a good price?

I've seen these kits advertised (when I WASN'T looking for them), but of coarse now that I am, I can't find them to save my soul.
If anyone could provide Links to such "Kits" it would be appreciated, in case this DOESN'T work out, I've got a back-up plan, as I want to change it out while the Interior is in for pain over the next 2-3 weeks.
