1982 c10 lowering

just got my truck and is stock height, what is the best way to lower it to a nice stance without cutting, notching or bags. 3-5 in drop?

Drop spindles up front with drop springs.
Flip kit in the rear.
You will also need a set of "quality" drop shocks.
I prefer a 4/6 drop on the 73-87 trucks.

Doing the entire job without "cutting" might be tough.
Look around in the "Projects and Build" section of the 73-87 area.
You should be able to visualize the drop you are after.

What size wheels are you going to use?

If you want 3/5, I'd just use a 3 inch drop spindle in the front (Belltech makes a great one) and flip kit in the rear.
