I think it was a 66 pickup but I'm not 100% sure of the Year I dont know that 60-66 truck group that well? They were on the front edge of the front fenders
I would think they were the turn signals? They are in nice shape that's why I grab them I knew somebody coud use them

It's not from a 60-66 Truck. Could be later truck or Impala.
