Regular or Dually Bed...Whats the Difference?

Hi,
Is there a difference (except for the addition outer fenders) in a regular bed and a factory dually bed? If so, then what? I can't seem to find a complete bed that isn't rusty unless its just a regular bed.
Thanks
Kevin

the dually bed has some of the wheel open'n cut out for tire clearence and you'd have to drill the holes for the fender, other than that same bed .
