How hard is this?

At some point I realy want to build one of these. It looks like the dually longbed fits on it no problem with maybe shortening the frame a little bit. Is that all there is to it or am I missing a lot. I dont want to make a crew cab, although they are awsome, just a single cab like this.

There is one going together on tha 67-72 side...that all you need is shorten tha frame or jus move tha leafs & axle foward & cut tha fame off you dont need,,
