Dana 60 front question
Hey all, we have a 81 k3500 dually as our company truck and i was goin through the front end and found the spring inside the hub for the lock-outs was broken. My question is will an aftermarket hub such as Warn eliminate these springs? Or do i have to try and find one? I havent had any luck as of yet.

Re: Dana 60 front question
Hello,
Yes, a new set of lock-outs will eliminate that spring ![]() I'd recommend the set from MileMarker (part number 449SS), as they are all stainless (dials and bodies). I installed them on my '84 K30 and must say, the quality is top notch. Warn standard hubs use plastic dials and still cost around $50 more ![]() Hope this helps, Joe |

Re: Dana 60 front question
Thank you very much for the quick response and this helps out alot. We kinda wanted to replace the factory plastic dial ones anyway.
