Front motor mount question

I'm ordering new motor mounts for my 54 1/2 ton 235 and got the rear mounts from Patricks but he was out of the front rubber piece and the grease shield. I have got the thicker metal bottom part, and the thicker metal top part that the rubber insert is encased in, but the thin metal top cover of mine has pretty much rusted out in the middle. I want to make sure I order just the thin metal cover and the rubber insert and not the thicker metal top plate that goes directly over the rubber insert.

Is this the right piece:
