Kicker Panel Removal
I am tearing my interior out to start to do body work. I cant figure out how to get the passenger side kicker panel off, it has a vent built into it, I have all the screws out of it, but it seems like the vent is holding it on.
Thanks, Matt

Re: Kicker Panel Removal
I know when I did this on my plow truck, I found out there were more screws in it than I thought. You have to stand on your head to get to them.

Re: Kicker Panel Removal
I know when I took mine out the gasket behind the vent was holding it on pretty good. Also there may be more screws they are a pain in the a$$

Re: Kicker Panel Removal
Check P. 47 of the LMC catalog to see how it goes together. As I recall, I think I ended up completely disassembling the vent to paint it.

Re: Kicker Panel Removal
I am pretty sure that I have all the screws out. i have the whole dash pretty mush apart because i am stripping it. I looked all around it and could not see any more screws. I guess I will try to get in there and pry on it to see if I cant get it to pop out.

Re: Kicker Panel Removal
There is one screw, way up high that is hard to see. Also, keep in mind, the panel itself goes quite a ways intop the metal kick panel itself, so once it is all unscrewed, it won't simply fall out, you need to wiggle/rotate/lift it out of the opening.
