Windshield Channel - Being reproduced or donor?
I will post pictures later today or tomorrow. Have one tough spot, Passenger side upper corner.
I need to grind out the channel, POR-15 then prime. Some folks have suggested grinding, treating with POR-15 and then stuff it with JB Weld. I suppose that would work - it is just an epoxy. If I can put fresh metal in - then I would rather do that. Time to learn to weld. Would a stitch type welder work from Eastwood? Frank

Re: Windshield Channel - Being reproduced or donor?
If you mean the area above the windshield, that is available in repro for about $75.
I chose to just cut one out of a junker for my truck but it's not too easy and has alot of spot welds!

Thanks Bob.
I can't seen to find that patch panel. I will look later tonight. Frank
