This is a GM "Headlights ON" warning buzzer. It simply clips onto the fuse block and buzzes when the lights are left on. I have 4 of these kits.

I bought one from another board member a couple years ago that he had fabricated. Its just a small square buzzer that has two wires with metal clips that go around the end of buss fuses. I paid $10 and it has been one of my best modifications to the truck (especially in light of my previously drained batteries).

Yes you did!...and I still have a few left. I just haven't offered them in a long time. I could still sell a few at $10 + $2 mailing.
