Re: lifting 2wd a 85 suburban

Hi there. New to here. I have a 87 2wd suburban and am looking to see how I can lift the front independent suspension. I know its possible to do it but it takes a lot of work. I am currently in Iraq at the moment so I want to lift my burban once I'm home. Mr1974van I see you have pics of a suburban with a 2wd front lift. If you have any info on where you got it I'd apreciate it. Thanks.

Re: lifting 2wd a 85 suburban

I don't know that I'm looking for quite that much lift, but interested to know more about how the van is lifted with the stock a-arms. 15" out of 3" spindles and airbags?

Has anyone tried using a 3" coil lift spacer up front with a extended length shock?
