82 crossmember into 66 c10
I'm about to start drilling and getting everything ready to put my donor crossmember into my truck. What I've been trying to figure out is how I need to level the crossmember. Do the lower bolts that line up do that for me or do I need to take care or that when I'm modifying the frame. I only have one frame, don't wanna screw it up!

Except for a couple of holes it all just bolts in and squares it self. Then just drill through the holes that need it.

In the disc brake upgrade thread there is a good bit on information on putting the later setup in these trucks. I used the information to do mine.
