Christmas in Iowa on June 1st!!!! (Pics inside!)
ok guys, so I went to work this morning and got a call saying i had a "truck load" of boxes show up at my door step, so as soon as i got off work i rushed home to see what summertime Santa brought me. Heres the results. Pics are worth 1000 words!
              Unfortunately i only received 4 of the 5 boxes as one is "slacking" and will show up tomorrow. I THINK the missing box is my flip kit for the rear. ANYWAY, im super excited to get a weekend and get this all installed then get some updated pics!

So... June, that means it just stopped snowing about a month ago and got really hot all of a sudden, right?

ryan - i do NOT have a big block yet but will begin actively searching locally and using craigslist for one, whether its good or not doesnt matter as im taking it to the block itself and building it from there. If you know someone whose selling a junk or well used good big block let me know, as long as the block itself is good ill buy it for the right price

I'm pretty sure LockDoc, Leon, has a big block crank and block. I can't remember if it is a 402 or 454 though. PM him for details. (He's in Iowa too.)

btw guys, heres pics fro my last package that showed up today!      One thing i noticed about this whole kit is theres A. - Not full instructions on how to install etc. B. - No decals or anything from the company itself that youd usually get when buying something big like this. Is this typical of McGaughys to not send installation instructions and/or company "spiffs" Just wondering as i was hoping to have something from them for advertisement as well as install instructions! not that i DONT KNOW how to do it but theres parts that i know i will question.

Merry Christmas!!! I just got finished installing my McGaughys 4.5/6 drop kit on my 79 last week. I was really happy with eveything too. The parts looked and fit great!
