tire size on stock '89 Jimmy

I've got 33s on there now, any chance in I could get away with 35s?

I don't think they will fit. Going in a straight line is OK, but I think they will hammer the fenders on turns. A 4" lift is pretty cheap and easy, and that will waaaaay clear 35's.

Stock size was 235/75 to 10.50/31. 12.50/33s will rub if your not careful,at least with 10" wheels and an inch to two inch raised. 35s definitely won't work and even with a 4" lift they can hit the back lower fender opening (in front).

Thanks and that's what I thought. 33s on there now rub a little on tight turns. I'd just thought it was because they're knobby Thornbirds.
