Hello Crewcab59,
here are some pics of the bumper getting ready to ship for you. I used three rolls of string tape and 3 rolls of packing tape with lots of foam filler. I mounted a board to both ends that attach to the fenders to help support them and every part of the bumper that could hurt anyone or come out of the wrappings; I used foam to help brace and safe the area. Some of the pictures are not the best, but they still tell a story. I will PM you here when I get done with the pictures.

PIC 1: Truck looks better with no bumper, I just wish the cab was not damaged.
Pic 2: Bad picture of bumper
Pic 3: Passenger side rubber fairing for inbtween the bumper and fender. There is only one of these and it is close to the side inside.
Pic 4: Another bad picture showing the board I mounted to help barce it and some of the foam mounted in areas.
Pic 5: A pic of it amost done showing the bumper inside and how the foam was used to fill and protect as much as possible. Again, forgive me for going a little overboard, but I want survivability.

Thanks for a good laugh Scott. Laughter is good for you. It was cool to get to know you on the phone today. I enjoy meeting board members. Lots of foam beef and bumper, but no real beef. To bad though we could BBQ real beef. Enjoy your Saturday and I will chat at ya soon.
