I need YOUR help with wiring
To start I have a 1971 c20 custom camper. I need to tow a trailer with it on Monday, and I can't figure out how to wire the hitch.
I am trying to wire the stock square four wire plug into a flat four wire plug. I have tried different combinations and can't get it to work. Please tell me what wires I need to connect together. Stock Wires Light yellow, black, red, white New plug Brown, yellow, white, green I really need your guys help on this.

Re: I need YOUR help with wiring
i have not got a schematic in front of me but it is not hard to figure out the left and right signals and brakes and running lights with a simple test light and then just go to a reese or other popular trailer hitch site and for 4 plug and they will tell you the hook up qand if the trailer is wired correct it will fall in place - dont stress its that simple

Re: I need YOUR help with wiring
your stock wires should be green, yellow brown, and light green.
Brown for tail lights and markrts/lic plate lamp yellow for left turn & brake dark green for right turn and brake light green for back ups |
