Spring Perch ??????
I am the proud owner of a rusted out 77 K20 driver and a solid 86 C20 parts donor. Does anyone out there know if I can replace the rusty spring perches from the 77 K20 with the good ones from the 86 C20?

Re: Spring Perch ??????
the perches on the axle have to be cut off the ones on the frame are rivited on and are a little lowerthan the 4x4 so you would get a little lift out of it.
If you are talking about the ones on the axle than you could just swap the axle out if the gears are the same ratio.

Re: Spring Perch ??????
I'm concerned about the forward ones on the frame. Could I use a piece of plate steel welded to the frame then re-attach the perch to the plate to off-set the difference in height? Thanks.
