Sweet $22 score!

I bought a c50 grill from this same guy a few months ago and went back to grab a few knobs, but came out with a bunch of stuff. Picked it all up for $22. I forgot to grab the under dash mount for the hazard flashers though.

Re: Sweet $22 score!

So how do the flashers hook up? I have one that I need to install. Do they connect to the L shaped pin at the bottom of the column?

The flasher plugs inline with the steering column harness. Kind of a arc more then an L but who's keeping track

I'm going back to his shop to grab the mount for the flasher. He has two more installed in a pair of trucks he's parting out. I'll probably pick both of them up too.

Re: Sweet $22 score!

$22 for all of those parts is what I would call a GREAT score!

You could easily double your money on just the GMC knob by itself. Grab the rest of those flashers, for sure. They are a popular item to barter with.

Are there any stock radios? I need one nice used window crank and one inside door handle to match my interior patina. All the trucks in the yards out here never have any interior trim installed by the time they hit the yard.

Re: Sweet $22 score!

So it piggy backs off of the turn signal harness, gotcha

Does anyone know what the two blade connectors (in the shape of an L) at the base of the column are for? That's what I thought it went into intially.

They even gave you an apple and some tums for the heartburn! Good score on the parts!
